Biodynamic Massage & Somatic Therapy
Biodynamic massage is a somatic approach that works with the relationship between your physical body and emotional self. It helps to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and encourage your natural capacity for self-healing and balance.

Sessions take place in my dedicated somatic therapy space in York. Please allow extra time for arrival and gentle grounding after your treatment.

Cancellations
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. This policy helps maintain a stable and ethical practice, ensuring session availability for those in need.
Locations
In-person sessions are held in calm, private spaces in York (YO19) and Jersey (JE2). I also offer fully secure and confidential online sessions via Zoom.
